Registration for the conference banquet is open until August 15, 2026.
The banquet will take place on September 24, 2026, the first day of the conference, at Ignatianum University in Kraków, 26 Kopernika Street, main building. The exact location and time will be provided a few days before the event in the participant information package.
Dress code: Smart casual. Formal attire is not required.
The banquet is also open to people who are not attending the conference itself, including accompanying persons such as spouses, partners, family members, or other guests. A separate registration form must be completed for each person.
A hot buffet-style dinner will be served in a standing reception format. The planned menu includes:
– soup;
– a choice of a hot meat or vegetarian main course with side dishes and salads;
– two types of cake;
– coffee and a selection of teas;
– still and sparkling water;
– fruit juices;
– fresh fruit;
– a selection of dry white and red wine.
Please indicate your meal preference in the registration form.
Registration is valid only after the applicable fee has been paid by the deadline, unless the participant is eligible for a verified fee waiver.

The banquet fee must be paid by August 15, 2026:
PLN 120 or, for international bank transfers, USD 40, EUR 35, or CHF 32.
